The basic idea is this: If you find a hack or mod thats not already on HackModHack that you want to share, add it. For most Hacks we like to keep just one copy so make sure the hack is not already on the site (try searching for it or checking if it's listed under the author in Category:People. Details about how to make those changes can be found on our page structure page.
